Naomi Himeyn-Raisch
As a fellow, Naomi interned at the Authority for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses in the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor. Her research focused on increasing national credit information for small and mid-size enterprises.
Prior to joining the Milken Fellows Program, Himeyn-Raisch worked as a research assistant at the Israeli Democracy Institute, where she wrote articles for the online journal Parliament. She was also a teaching assistant and research assistant in the political science department at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, assisting on a book about Israeli politics.
Committed to education and social service, Himeyn-Raisch has done volunteer work helping high school dropouts prepare for their matriculation exams (Israeli high school final exams). She did her national service working with a youth movement.
Himeyn-Raisch holds a B.A. in political science and history and an M.A. in political science, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in political science at the University.
Currently, Himeyn-Raisch works at the agency where she interned, the Authority for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses.
