Shaul Zilberman
A two-year fellow (2008-10), Shaul interned at the Israel Securities Authority (ISA). His first-year research analyzed the credit crisis in the Israeli corporate bond market, which was published as a joint publication with the ISA. Zilberman’s second-year research, written in collaboration with the Bank of Israel, builds on his first-year research.
During his internship at the ISA, Zilberman coordinated a team responsible for assessing the insolvency risk in the Israeli bond market. Zilberman was also representative to the Israeli corporate governance index initiative.
Before joining the fellows program, Zilberman served as an evening instructor at Beit Guy Hostel for mentally distressed young adults. In the military, Zilberman was an officer in the Combat Engineering Corps.
Zilberman holds a B.A. in economics and management from Ben-Gurion University and an M.A. in law from Bar-Ilan University.
Upon graduation from the fellows program, Zilberman joined Giza Singer Even, Israel’s largest financial and economic consulting firm.
Currently, he is an invesment analyst at the investment division in Harel Insurance Company.
