Yochai Bernstein
As a fellow, Yochai interned in the Ministry of Environmental Protection. His research focused on green public procurement as a stimulus for green growth.
Prior to joining the Milken Fellows Program, Bernstein worked as an analyst focused on public policy and environmental issues at Adkit, a company specializing in international benchmark research. During his academic studies, he volunteered at Green Course as part of its lobbying efforts for environmental legislation in the Knesset.
In the military, Bernstein served as paramedic in the Nahal brigade’s special forces unit. He also volunteered at Magen David Adom as a paramedic on intensive care ambulances.
Bernstein holds a B.A. magna cum laude in business administration and international relations, and an M.A in Public Policy, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Currently, Bernstein is participating in the Civil Service Cadet Program interning at the Ministry of Economy.
