Building National Competitiveness in International Tenders and Projects

This research proposes solutions for increasing the competitiveness of Israeli firm in international tenders and projects. The study first presents the potential economic benefits of increasing the export sector, and then argues that  increased access to international tenders and projects is not only a necessary part of that sector, but a potential area of growth in which Israel has under-performed in the past.
