The Impact of Institutional Allocation of Inputs on Agricultural Efficiency

In the context of the current institutional arrangements in the agricultural industry in Israel, this report uses data from the Censuses for Foreign Workers (2006-2012) to ask whether the system of allocation of land and workers maximizes economic efficiency.

The research analyzes the data in light of the strategic goals of the Ministry of Agriculture and rural development in Israel as a whole , and also suggests areas of further research.
