Increasing Minority Labor Force in Israel: Evaluating Employment Services for Arab Woman

While the Israeli labor market has in recent years seen a relatively low unemployment rate — around 7% — this is accompanied by a relatively low rate of participation in the labor market. This is particularly true among certain subsets of the population, including ultra-orthodox men and non-Jewish women. This research evaluates the particular obstacles that these sub-populations face in entering the labor market.
