Blass was the research advisor of numerous fellows: Amit Askenzay, Tzruya Chebach, Tamar Israeli. She also supervised the program’s environmental research group and leed environmental research projects at the Center. She contributed significantly to the fellows program research guidelines and supervision system.
Blass holds a Ph.D. in environmental science and management from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Her research focuses on decision-making and measurement of economic and environmental performance using diverse tools and analysis methods.
She received her bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management in 2000 from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology. In 2006 she received a master’s degree in environmental science and management from the University of California, Santa Barbara, specializing in corporate environmental management.
Blass worked as an industrial engineering consultant on a variety of projects with different companies in Israel and the U.S. Her current work involves both industry consulting and academia. She is a partner at Brown & Wilmanns Environmental, LLC, and she recently joined the faculty of the Leon Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration at Tel Aviv University. She is also involved in collaborative research with scholars from multiple universities in the U.S. and in several projects of the Milken Institute.
