Encouraging Microenterprise in Israel via Microcredit Organizations

This research provides a number of concrete recommendations for encouraging the growth of start-ups in Israel. At the center of these recommendations is the need for Israel to allow for the existence of smaller, non-bank credit providers.

By allowing for credit providers such as credit unions to function in Israel, start-ups would be able to access avenues to credit at appropriate terms.
