This includes the design of a new financial facility to raise investment capital for an investment plan in Jerusalem, strengthening the economic, cultural, and civic base of the City. The approach will be to structure sustainable municipal and development budgets, add philanthropic investments in Jerusalem as “social investments,” with both a financial and social return on investment, and open new sources of capital to finance public/private partnerships. This new approach will leverage new philanthropic funding from around the world and facilitate a sustainable model of investment.
