“Building Meaningful Lives” was the theme of the 20th annual Milken Institute Global Conference, held April 30 through May 3 at the Beverly Hilton.
“One of the downsides of that is that you lose scale and are creating a certain amount of inefficiencies,” said Steve Zecher, at the Milken Innovation Center.
“The bottom line is [Israel] produces 20 percent more water than it consumes currently,”
